In this video, award-winning beer writer Zak Avery pairs Liefmans Kriek with a sticky chocolate cake. Info on Liefman's Cuvee starts at around 3.15 minutes, although it's worth watching all the way through if on for the expression "this little confected bit of pink fluff" in context
