Goodness, how do we love the Durham brewery? Head brewer Steve has no truck with fashions and fads - they brew beer to their own recipes, often in styles that stopped being commercially produced years ago. The result is a portfolio of superb beers. Sure, they are a little more expensive, but they really are worth every penny.

This is a very rich, golden, original style IPA. Despite being strong, this beer is not too sweet, but has a luscious malty base over which a complex bitterness makes balancing, thirst quenching properties. |

Excellent interpretation of a Russian Imperial Stout. This superb beer is deep ruby in colour, with plenty of coffee and liquorice flavour, underpinned by a massive malt body and heady alcohol. |
