| Vibrant red in colour and a fine white head. The beer has a full raspberry fruit nose, a balance of sweet and sour fruit on the palate and a wildly refreshing zesty finish.
The beer is brewed with malted barley and malted wheat, and is fermented with a rare warmth loving yeast. The secondary fermentation of the sugars in the raspberries that are added to the beer promote a shrill acidity on the palate giving the beer a refreshing tang that makes it an ideal cleansing digestif.
Raspberry Beer is good with chocolate based sweets, fresh fruits, soft cheeses or with spiced curries; whilst the fruit means this beer actually gets better with age.

| Handcrafted at the tiny All Saints Brewery set in a time warp in Stamford using the old manually operated brewing equipment. Finest organically grown barley and wheat are used to create a complex ale which, having undergone primary and secondary fermentation with different yeasts and extended maturation, is taken to Samuel Smith’s small, independent brewery in Tadcaster. There it is blended with pure organic cherry, strawberry or raspberry fruit juices and more organic beer to create fruit beers of considerable strength and flavour. The smooth distinctive character of the matured beer serves as the perfect counterpoint to the pure organic fruit juice. Soil Association certificated, suitable for vegetarians and vegans. |
