| A hoppy amber bitter,the bitterness provided by both Pilgrim & Northern Brewer hops, with the addition of Cascade hops to give the subtle aroma. This ale takes its name from an old Yorkshire phrase for a hedgehog, the "prickly backed urchin"!

| A best bitter with a dark amber hue.Crystal malts give a depth of flavour, while the bitterness is provided by Pilgrim hops. A subtle aroma is noticeable with a slightly dry finish.
