Long, and built on the roasted malt flavours which bring a mix of liqurice, allspice and warm cereals....giving a great, rich mouth feel.

A well-hopped dark premium beer, with an unusual medley of flavours. It is rich and well rounded though, not as strong as it tastes. Brodies Prime has a roasted edge, like a stout, but with contrasting spiciness and surprisingly pronounced fruit flavours from a mixture of English & American hops.
