A rich ruby malt ale, medium dry with hints of toffee & banana. Balanced with fresh spicy hops to give a zesty, peppery backdrop. Red is a warming full flavoured beer to be savoured.
Made from a unique recipe and four 'secret ingredients' which coupled with the "steeped ginger" give the drink its sparkle, crispness and refreshing difference.
Brown to red in the glass, the nose is generously malty with subtle hop notes and hints of fruity fermentation esters. Nutty crystal malt to the fore, with a hint of chocolate malt roastiness, leading into a satisfyingly balanced malt hop middle. The end is nutty, with a lingering hop note. A rewarding world class premium ale.
Pale and golden, straw yellow in colour. Delicate fruity hop with a hint of maris otter maltiness. Soft malt with a fruity hoppy middle, drier hop in the finish which lingers pleasantly.

Pale and golden, lemony citrus hops with a hint of grapefruit and spicy, peppery goldings. Full on hops – styrian goldings to the fore, goldings giving a balanced middle and finally the rich malty fullness of maris otter as a backbone. A modern IPA, not overly bitter but still nicely hoppy and at 4.8%, just about a session IPA for a sensible night’s drinking. The hop profile is nothing short of stunning.
Crowned as 'Champion Beer of Scotland' for 2010, Blast is pale and golden in colour, rich fruity malt hints of yeast, with earthy, woody, hop with honey and alcohol notes. Generously malty with balanced spicy hop in the middle, leading to a lingering hop finish, with honeyed fruity malt and a hint of warming alcohol. A stunning stronger ale, with balanced flavours from maris otter malt and English hops added early and late in the copper. One to take great care with as it is so drinkable.
