Terms & Conditions

Delivery charges

Prices are quoted inclusive of standard (3-4 working days) delivery charge to mainland UK destinations. On all orders less than the specified minimum number of cases, a delivery charge will be applied dependent on the delivery area.

Beer Paradise will endeavour to meet customer requirements for delivery dates and times, however these cannot be guaranteed. Beer Paradise reserves the right to deliver using third party sub-contracted carriers. Carriers deliver between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. Surcharges may be applied if specific delivery windows are requested. Carriers are only responsible for delivery of goods to their destination and are not responsible for collecting the empty pallets.

Payment Terms

New accounts are opened on a strictly proforma basis.
Credit terms are available upon completion and approval of a credit application form and the provision of trade and bank references. Please note that our standard credit terms are payment within 30 days of the invoice date. Interest may be charged on any overdue account at a rate of 5% over the prevailing base rate. A statement of account will be issued at the end of each month.

All goods are offered subject to remaining unsold and prices are subject to market fluctuations and alterations in Excise Duty without notice.

All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. For a copy of our price list, please email us or call 01423 359533. Prices quoted are subject to market, duty and currency fluctuations.

For orders greater than 40 cases in total, a discounted price is available. Discounted prices are available on British, Belgian and World beers only. No other discounts apply.

Mixed Cases

All cases can be purchased in smaller than full case quantities.

Until full payment has been received for all the goods supplied at any time to the purchaser:

  • title of the goods shall remain with the Supplier
  • the Purchaser must store the goods so as to be readily identifiable as belonging to the Supplier
  • the Purchaser shall be at liberty to sell the goods in the ordinary course of business, on the basis that all proceeds of the sale are the property of, and held in trust for, the Supplier
  • the Supplier may at any time revoke the power of sale as above, and the Purchaser shall then permit the Supplier to enter any premises where the goods are located in order to remove the same.

All goods shall be held at the Purchaser’s risk upon delivery to the Purchaser. The goods must be examined and signed for on delivery and any damage or partial loss must be noted against such signature and notified to Beer Paradise in writing within 24 hours.
