The Oude Gueuze Tilquin à l'ancienne is a blend of 1, 2 and 3 years old lambic refermented in bottle for at least 6 months. "Oude" in flemish or "à l'ancienne" in french is an appellation protected by the EU and is restricted for traditional belgian gueuze in bottle.

TILQUINTilquin annually blends lambics aged for one, two, and three years, using wort from Boon, Lindemans, Girardin, and Cantillon for their Oude Gueuze Tilquin à L'Ancienne. The initial 2010-2011 release contained one and two-year-old lambics, but all subsequent batches have included three-year-old lambics. The first bottling, labeled "1ier soutirage," occurred in December 2010, and Tilquin has consistently exported lambic blends in 750ml and 375ml bottles since its inception.
