Christmas 2023 Operations

DIRECT DELIVERY CUSTOMERS (YORK, LEEDS, MANCHESTER, SHEFFIELD, NEWCASTLE and all points in between): We will be running a normal direct delivery service (from our own vehicles) in the week running up to Christmas.

Our office will be closed from 5pm on Thursday 21st December until 8am Wednesday 27th December 2023. Deliveries will resume on Wednesday 27th December as follows:

Transpennine, Manchester, Leeds and Local - Wednesday 27th December (orders in by 6am Wednesday 27th please)

Newcastle and All Points North - Thursday 28th December (orders in by 3pm Wednesday 27th please)

Sheffield, All Points South, York and Hull - Friday 29th December (orders in by 3pm Thursday 28th please)

NATIONAL PALLET CUSTOMERS: The last delivery day for pallets is Friday 22nd December, so order cutoff is midday on Thursday 21st. However, we would STRONGLY ADVISE ordering by midday Tuesday 19th, as freight volumes are likely to be high that week. The pallet network we use is closed over Christmas, we are unable to despatch pallets over this period. Orders placed over this time will be despatched in the week of our return, for delivery before Friday 5th January 2023.
