The flavour opens with the natural tartness of apples, which is then complemented by the smooth,buttery sweetness of caramel. As you drink, the cider develops a deeper, roasted sweetness, as if the apples have beenslow-cooked or baked. A hint of brown sugar or toffee emerges alongside a soft spice, lending warmth to the taste.
