Brewed with Bundobust Brewery x Underwood in Kyiv, this beer takes our house Berliner Weiss sour ale, which is then fermented super dry then we blended orange juice, orange zest and clementine oil to create something akin to the gloriously drag mimosa cocktail. It's a sour beer first and foremost with enough orange to tickle the tastebuds.

We first started Carnival in a kitchen in Liverpool after a fundraising event at the Clearview Carnival, 2017. It is where we met and started the journey of Carnival Brewing Company over a love of music and beer.
