Product Details

Beacon is a soft, hazy IPA fermented with Norwegian Kveik yeast and brewed with Bru-1, Ekuanot and Mosaic hops. We’ve taken our most oat-ified, soft and hazy base beer and brewed a New England style IPA with a twist. An absolute fruit salad of modern hop varieties - Ekuanot, Mosaic and, a new one for us, Bru-1. Expect perfectly ripe pineapple, zesty citrus and blue bubble-gum sweetness. Rather than using our house ale strain, we fermented with a Norwegian Kveik yeast. The Kveik brings a different dimension to this IPA. A little orange peel, some subtle spice notes, and a drier finish than you might expect, which we feel really adds to the drinkability.
