AYINGER HELLES

The Ayinger Brewery, in Bavaria, to the south-east of Munich, brews this classic helles. They modestly describe it as a "typical every day drink in Bavaria". The helles style is the most famous beer style in the Bavarian south. It's beautifully balanced example of the style, smoothly malty with a gentle hop bite. As Ayinger themselves say: "Beer in Bavaria has had an exceptionally high value since time immemorial.
