BEAK BREWERY

Beak started as a nomadic venture led by food and drink writer Daniel Tapper, who spent years perfecting his recipes alongside friends at some of the UK's top breweries. Now based in the East Sussex town of Lewes, Beak is renowned for its hop-forward IPAs but also brews a diverse selection of beers, ranging from crisp pilsners to rich imperial stouts.
