Brouwerij Boon are producers of classic unfiltered, unsweetened Lambic beers. Boon Brewery is respected as one of the premier lambic producers in Belgium. In contrast to many other producers who blend and age beer bought from a limited number of breweries, Boon takes pride in producing their own wort. The brewery has a vast stock of approximately two million liters of lambic that is being matured at their facility in Lembeek, Belgium.
