CHIMAY

Chimay is perhaps the best known of all the Trappist breweries, achieving both commercial success and critical acclaim. Their iconic Red is a familar beer to most, with White and Blue being lesser-known. In 75cl corked bottles, these beers become Premier, Cinq Cents and Grand Reserve, and develop a wonderul complexity with ageing.
