GOUDEN CAROLUS

Situated in Mechelen, Belgium, Het Anker Brewery has grown its beer portfolio over the years. Following World War II, it introduced "Emperor beer," later renamed "Gouden Carolus" (Golden Charles) in honor of Mechelen's own Charles V, the famed Holy Roman Emperor.
