Holy Goat Brewing is a Dundee-based, UK brewery launched in 2021 by Johnny Horn (co-founder of Vault City) specializing in mixed-fermentation, wood-aged sour beers. Focused on experimentation, they use wild yeasts like Brettanomyces to produce complex, barrel-aged, and fruit-forward beers.
