PASTORE BEERS

Pastore Brewing and Blending is a mixed-fermentation sour and wild brewery based in Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire. Their beers comprise a "fresh" range that are funky fruit beers, sour IPAs and pastry stouts, while their "cellar" series are made from beers that have had a period of extended barrel ageing.
