TRIG BREWERY Having been in (and out), and around the craft beer industry since 2013, founder and chief brewer, Paddy, long dreamt of having a brewery to call his own. In 2023, we decided it was time to either do something about it or stop talking about it, so here we are. Starting on a low volume nanobrew kit, we create small batch beers which allows us to experiment, explore, and develop beers that are full of flavour and don't compromise on quality for the sake of quantity.
