We have used our favourite NEIPA malt bill and water profile for a super smooth ‘pintable’ beer, low bitterness and balanced sweetness so it’s not too cloying.We’ve chosen Mosaic our favourite work horse hop and paired it with Columbus which brings freshness and brightens up the beer to a new level. Then into the dry-hop we are going all out no expense spared on the amazing original hop blend 'Cyro pop’ this is the cutting edge of hop science, selected hops are chosen via HPLC analysis to give a blend that has the most survivable and dissolvable flavours.
