As part of an ongoing project, we're inviting locals at our Lewes taproom to guest edit labels. The first in the series is designed by ceramicists/illustrators Liv and Dom, who's work aims to celebrate and de-objectify the female form.

Beak Brewery CO Beak began life as a nomadic project run by food and drink writer Daniel Tapper, who spent several years honing his recipes with friends at some of the UK’s greatest breweries. The project has since laid roots in the East Sussex town of Lewes where it also runs an award-winning taproom and street-food canteen. Though best known for its hop-forward IPAs, the brewery also makes a wide range of beers from crisp and clear pilsners to decadent imperial stouts. br>
