At Carnival, we have a deep appreciation for a fine DIPA. Inspired by Carmen Carmen, we have crafted a fresh and robust base beer, elevating it with an exhilarating combination of dry hops. Our chosen hops come from Hop Revolution, a renowned hop grower in New Zealand. For this brew, we have utilized their exceptional NZ Revolution blend, which contains Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Pacific Sunrise, and Riwaka hops, forming a magnificent ensemble of tropical, citrus, and stonefruit flavours and aromas.

We first started Carnival in a kitchen in Liverpool after a fundraising event at the Clearview Carnival, 2017. It is where we met and started the journey of Carnival Brewing Company over a love of music and beer.
