SPY VALLEY -Spy Valley, named after a satellite monitoring station in New Zealand's Waihopai Valley, was established in 1993 in Marlborough. Initially selling their fruit to other companies, they launched their own label in 2000. The grapes are sourced from estate vineyards in Waihopai Valley and select sites in Wairau and Southern Valleys. Led by chief winemaker Paul Bourgeois and a talented team, their state-of-the-art winery ensures top-quality production. Their wines are known for purity and intensity, excelling in riesling, gewürztraminer, and sauvignon blanc, with pinot noir offering wonderful perfume and plum notes.
